We created a 'virtual living room' at Panavision Stage 1. We used the white cyc, but Keeper Auld and the grip crew controlled the light off it so it read middle grey. Caleb Poynter and the electricians hung some Souce 4 lights with gobos I designed to look like a grandfather clock, a chandelier and a couple of windows. Richard projected slides of cell phones on vacation. We shot the slides live, so the challenge was to make sure our lighting levels matched the levels of the screen. We shot 35mm on a Panavision G2.
